Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized orders (including projection jewelry) may require 5–7 business days to process before shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available at checkout
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays: Le'Var Neilson is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days at support@levarjewelry.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
