Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Change of Address
If your item has not yet shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing our customer support team. Please note that once an item has shipped, we are unable to guarantee address changes.
