Refund policy
At Le'Var Neilson, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every piece in our collection and want you to love your jewelry.
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Custom projection jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Exchanges: We gladly offer exchanges for sizing issues within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@levarjewelry.com to initiate an exchange.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
