30-Day Return & Refund Policy
At Le'Var Neilson, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every piece we sell and want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@levarjewelry.com or call +1 541-429-2754 to initiate your return. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@levarjewelry.com to arrange your exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@levarjewelry.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We charge no restocking fee on any return.
